Rental Conditions – CIPC

Security Deposit

A security deposit equivalent to the value of the rented equipment is required before the item is handed over.

This deposit will be fully refunded when the equipment is returned in the same condition as when it was received.

Responsibility & Damages

The client is responsible for the equipment throughout the entire rental period.

In case of loss, theft, irreparable damage, or damage resulting from improper use, the security deposit will be retained.

Late Returns & Extensions

Any delay in returning the equipment will incur additional fees, calculated based on the current weekly rate.

All extension requests must be approved in advance by CIPC.

Accepted Payments

We accept payments by bank transfer or Interac.

Credit card payments are only accepted in-store.

Full payment, including the security deposit, must be completed before the equipment is handed over.
